The position of Sales Counselor is with a Long Term Care company that is faith-based and enhances the quality of life, and holistic growth, of older persons by providing high quality service that puts the dignity of elders as first priority.
The responsibilities of this position are:
  • Meet and/or exceed sales goals
  • Manage activities associated with the sales process, complete to end of process
  • Develop and manage large leads database
  • Consistent out-bound calls to drive on campus appointments
  • Conduct appointments and tour the campus to complete sale
  • Representative at various public function
Requirements of the position:
The selected candidate will have proven sales experience in adult independent living or resort type living in this position. Great communication skills, relationship building and the ability for our clients to feel they can trust this person who they are working with to make one of the biggest and perhaps final living decision of their lives.
  • Proven experience in Sales Management of Long Term Care or Resort style living for older adults
  • Must have strong computer skills with experience with a contact management software
  • Ability to remain current with industry sales trends and current state of economy
  • Ability to develop strategic and tactical sales plans
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate comfortably with older adults who may be ill/disabled and/or emotional
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
